Model Use ~ You are allowed to use the model/assets for other VR platforms and streaming platforms, but all TOS still apply, including no uploading as public, or private sharing/swapping on CVR

Gifting ~ If you are buying or uploading anything for a friend, PLEASE use the gifting option at checkout! I have no problem with gifting just please do not share the package, codes, or download links. If you both want something both parties need to purchase the item.

Taking Assets ~ Do not take assets from any avatars for use. If you want an asset you will need to get it from the original creator, who are all credited. Do not take parts of my assets for your own either or attempt to edit my products and resell them as your own either.

Reselling/Sharing ~ Do not resell, upload the package anywhere, or share packages with others. If someone wants it, redirect them to the server, or the shop listing. (this also applies to my NITRO items)

Credit ~ Do not claim to have created any avatars or assets yourself. •─────⋅☾⋄✧⋄☽⋅─────•

Public v Private ~ Do not upload any avatars as a public avatar, MUST be uploaded as private, no matter what. Again, if someone wants it they would need to come download it from here or purchase from the store. If you still have questions about this, please dont hestitate to open a Ticket and ask!

Also this means no, you cant clone my avatar off me or anyone else, as in order to clone, the avatar would have to be made public and stay public for multiple people to use. That is against my TOS and many of the assets I use are not allowed on public models anyway.

Refunds ~ No refunds after purchase. If you have questions about anything, feel free to reach out to me in the server via the help channels, or a ticket. •─────⋅☾⋄✧⋄☽⋅─────•

Genderbending ~ Do not create genderbend/make counterparts of my avatars as public avatars, or for sale avatars. I would prefer not even as private but that is allowed for now.

Streaming ~ If you use an avatar for streaming or an asset on any public, or commercial avatars, please credit HeyItsChin.

NITRO Avatars and Assets ~ If you download an avatar or asset from the NITRO section and then immediately leave the server/cancel your boost before the 7 day transfer time, you loose the rights to use the avatar in any streaming platforms, as well as you will loose commercial rights to NITRO assets, and you will be banned from the server as this is against my server rules.

Uploads ~ Please open a Ticket in my server to ask if a Mod is available to do uploads. If not, please be respectful that they may be busy. All uploads are $5 each and we will upload both the PC + Quest version unless stated otherwise. •─────⋅☾⋄✧⋄☽⋅─────•

Quest/Opti Conversions ~ If you would like to have someone convert one of my avatars for you, that is perfectly fine! I just ask that the person converting the avatar also purchase the package and leave a note at checkout that that is what they will be doing. That way I know! If you have someone (even someone you know) convert the avatar for Quest or Opti Versions and they do not own the package, that will be considered leaking and sharing the avatar, since they would need the full package to be able to do it. That will be going against TOS and will result in actions taken against you.

Editing my avatars ~ You are more then welcome to make edits to any of my avatars, but please do not make so many edits to the avatar that it becomes unrecognizable. Please know I dont mean this to sound rude, but when one of my avatars is edited to the point I cant even recognize my own work, thats too many edits. The biggest issue then becomes that someone will see your edited version, and ask where the avi is from, and when they come to my store to look at getting it, they are looking at a totally different avatar. Which can result in them being disappointed, thinking less of me/the avatar, asking me to change the avatar, or asking for the original person to share the package or let them clone (which is against TOS). Basically it can cause a lot of issues. If your ever unsure if certain edits are okay or not, please feel free to ask in in my server.
